David got his insurance license in 1976. He has been associated with the Neff lnsurance Agency since 1981. He became a Certified Insurance Counselor in 1984. He has served as president of the Indiana Professional Insurance Agents and is presently the treasurer.
David is a past president of the Montpelier Chamber of Commerce, past president of the Montpelier Kiwanis club and served as treasurer for many years. He also served as past Lt. Governor of Kiwanis lnternational. He was an organizer of the Montpelier Jay-Cees and served as the first president. He is past president of the Blackford County Economic Development Corporation. He has served on the Blackford County Foundation board for ten years. He has also served as past president of the Montpelier Civic Center.
He has been a frequent speaker at Ball State College of Business. He has also mentored an elementary student at the Montpelier Middle school for fifteen years. David received the Republican Businessman of the year award in 2003 and 2005 and has received the Republican Congressional Order of Merit. He met with the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles Commissioner and opened up a License Branch in Montpelier.
I started working at Neff Insurance Agency in June of 2014. I started out as the Manager of the BMV and a Customer Service Representative. In August of 2018, I obtained my insurance license and I can write Property and Liability for Personal and Commercial Lines. I am currently the Assistant Manager of the Montpelier License Branch as well as an Agent.
I started working in the insurance industry on Sept 11, 2006 when I was hired at Neff lnsurance Agency. I started out as a Customer Service Representative and in 2 years obtained my insurance license. I went on to further my insurance education and received a CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation in 2010. I can write Property and Liability for personal and commercial lines as well as Life and Health policies.
